DON’T MOVE HERE — YOU’LL REGRET IT
JUN 2025: Can’t tell you enough about how terrible this place is. We deeply regret the entire year we spent here.
- PARKING
This alone would be worth the 1 star. But there are enough reviews covering this topic so I’ll jump into the next ones.
- CONSTRUCTION
We lived here for a year (June 2024–June 2025), and there wasn’t a single day without construction noise. Sometimes the apartment would literally shake. Workers are always right outside your window, so you can’t even open your curtains. And... if you have a dog it’s so stressful for them too.
The property is always messy, trash, construction debris, and dust everywhere.
- NOISE
This building sits on a major road, in front of the airport, with 6-day-a-week construction (Sundays only day off). Worst of all, there’s a Medical Response Ambulance Center on Rollins Rd, so be ready to hear sirens all day and night. I sleep with both a white noise machine and earplugs, and the sirens still wake me up at 2am, 3am, 4am and so on… Also, the walls are super thin. You’ll hear every footstep, stomp, and sound from your neighbors.
- STAFF
Jarmine from the front desk is extremely rude and dismissive to all the residents, even the day we toured the apartment, she huffs, roll her eyes and gives attitude. Any time you make a request, you’ll get a “that’s not possible” or a copy-paste email with policy rules. You can make the simplest/smallest request and they’ll turn into something overly complicated/impossible to solve.
If you email them, expect to be ignored. They’ll neglect as they please.
- BUILDING MALFUNCTIONS & POOR MAINTENANCE
• Fire alarms: They go off extremely frequently. When it happens, they’ll turn off the elevators and demand everyone to evacuate through the stairs. You’ll have to wait outside for firefighters to show up and tell you (again) it was a false alarm. It happens so often that some neighbors started uninstalling the alarm speakers from their units. The building now does short-notice inspections, inside apartments, to catch people.
• Dog area: Gross and barely cleaned. People don’t pick up after their dogs, and the staff doesn’t clean it either.
• Elevators: Break down constantly. Our main elevator was broken for 2 months, and we had to carry groceries and packages across the whole building to use the other one.
• Mail Room: A total mess.
