Great community with an excellent and supportive staff and leasing manager. The community offers great roof top amenities and ample parking spaces with EV charging facilities.

After touring a ton of apartments in the Bay Area, I finally decided to go with Anton Aspire. I worked with Iris from the leasing office, and she was one of the main reasons I signed a lease here. She was amazing, friendly, helpful, informative.
I also liked the amenities here; however, they need to work on maintaining it a bit as I see the common areas have been quite dirty for a while now with the lounge having a ton of ants.
The biggest flaw of this place is the absurd parking situation,... where most of the spots are compact and they are the smallest compact spots, I have ever seen in the US. It is very hard to park and get out of your vehicle without hitting another car or walls.
Overall, I would say this is a nice place based on my very limited experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Read More

The amenities are decent but could be improved. The apartment gym lacks sufficient equipment—while a new squat rack was recently added, there aren’t enough bars, plates, or benches to make full use of it. The leasing manager has been consistently kind, helpful, and professional, but the front desk staff do not demonstrate the same welcoming attitude.
The pool area is not cleaned as frequently as it should be, and the hot tub is often dirty. Additionally, littering around the pool area is not... strictly enforced. The water heating system has also had extended outages, making it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities. Read More
