Inside and outside it’s very run down. Siding is warped and needs updating. Inside, the kitchen cabinets in the show unit were peeling and warped. Nice layout overall but it’s a no for me.

If you've never lived in Modesto before, much like myself, this is definitely a great starter apartment! The entire complex is really quiet, no drama whatsoever. It's also really affordable. They have some renovated options and some units that are unrenovated at a little lower price. Overall I've had nothing but a positive experience at this apartment complex.
The only negative thing I will say is that the apartment is really small. Other than that, I love it here.
