It is very comfortable living here at mResidences. Staff is friendly and helpful. Modern looks, free charging, but packages have gotten stolen from time to time.

I have been living in this property since December 2023, and I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience. The location itself is fantastic. Being within walking distance from all my necessities is a huge reason for why I chose this property. The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and comfy.The leasing office staff have been incredibly attentive and responsive to my needs and concerns throughout my stay. Knowing that they are always available to answer any questions I might have... made the process of finding a new apartment that much smoother. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the amenities, such as the fitness center and pool are well-kept and enjoyable, which adds to the overall positive experience.

The new management is great! The manager provided a time window and the maintenance person arrived during that window. Maintenance person was very professional and was careful about cleanliness. 5 stars from me!
