Current poor management & security breaches
I previously had a positive experience at this property, but over time there has been a noticeable decline in communication, maintenance quality, and overall consistency.
Some outstanding items were eventually addressed, and corporate management did make contact, which I appreciate. However, communication has often been slow, and follow-through has been inconsistent, which has been frustrating as a resident.
It does not appear that this is entirely the fault of the on-site property manager. It... seems likely that staffing levels and workload distribution contribute to delays and gaps in responsiveness. Regardless, residents are still impacted, and stronger systems should be in place to ensure timely communication and maintenance support.
In addition, there have been recent building access and operational concerns that led to temporary measures being put in place. Clearer communication around these changes would have helped reduce confusion and improve resident confidence.
Cleanliness and workmanship have also declined. Common areas have not been consistently maintained, and recent in-unit work lacked attention to detail, including paint quality, trim alignment, and flooring finish issues.
I hope management continues to focus on improving communication, maintenance standards, staffing support, and long-term solutions so the property can return to the level it previously maintained.
