Hope You Like Paying Your Neighbors Bills
Hard pass. You'll be paying for combined numbers from neighboring units even though they state on the lease that it is sub-metered.
The people are unbearable, the equipment breaks all the time, elevators are a safety gamble and are often repaired with bottom of the barrel replacements to save money. Management makes no efforts unless you make it legal, even then it takes them losing the case to do anything. Safety is out the window, plumbing is passable? and cleanliness is low. Constantly... wondering what the pools of liquid are in the elevators, the walls have the grade A landlord paint to cover damage, etc.
A majority of the 4 and 5 star reviews here are verified to be alt accounts of the management and overseeing parent company. Inside looks kind of modern? But the layout is really brain-dead. Bedrooms back up to living rooms so youll never have sleeping people near others sleeping, only silence youll get is the tinnitus youre bound to get from the fire alarms at all hours of the night that are ear piercing enough to leave you ringing for hours. Theyll threaten to evict during state of emergencies if you complain about repairs, but will take hours if at all to call a tow truck so you can park in your spot, if you get one. Also that person setting off the alarms, smoking in the elevators, roof near your a/c and in the halls? few months and theyll be out, as long as management doesnt forget a week later.
