Seemed good at first
The pros: The maintenance staff and the janitors are the only pluses of this this apartment complex. They are quick to respond, are extremely nice, and keep the property very clean and well maintained.
The cons: There is no guest parking outside of about five spots only available from 6pm to 8am. Guests are advised to park in front of the houses across the street which is always full.
There floors between rooms are so thin you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Sound also... travels from the courtyard to the rooms even when your windows are closed.
Other residents do not clean up after their pets and let them go to the restroom in the hallways and in the garage.
While the inside of the apartments initially seemed very nice, over time we noticed issues such as uneven floors, uneven paint jobs, and loud and cheap appliances.
Calls to the office/front desk go to an offsite location which can make it difficult to speak with those at the office on site.
The charge way more for additional parking, garbage, and sewage than what is average in the area.
