Beware your deposit!

Living here was fine. But it's been 88 days since moving out and I still haven't gotten my deposit check back - the lease stipulates 21 days. Still waiting. The staff is not responsive at all.

Leasing Office Puts Up an Act

Management is not helpful at all. I put in requests for maintenance and they get ignored. They're also really difficult to get a hold of via phone or email after you've signed your lease.
There's also a lot of things they don't mention in the tour, such as the extremely loud construction happening on the ground floor nonstop during business hours. Makes it really hard to have zoom conference calls for those working from home.
