I wanted to take a moment and truly give some recognition to our property manager Ana. Ana has been here with us for just over two years now, and the positive changes that have taken place since her arrival are not only noticeable and appreciated, but welcomed and gratifying. She and I have seen our differences on views and things for this property but over time I have truly come to appreciate her as a property manager for what she does for the betterment of this property. Anything that I bring... to her attention, is responded to and handled in a very expedient manor. From barking dogs to late night parties, from parking issues to addressing landscaping needs, she always takes care of everything in a very professional and timely manner. There are gaps in between units, which allows smoke from neighbors to drift into yours. My downstairs neighbor is a heavy smoker, and the smell of smoke frequently enters my unit. Although I use scent plugins to eliminate the odor, and I have two large Shark air purifiers—the smell persists. Unfortunately, management hates addressing complaints from tenants, which is why we're here.

The management is in shambles, they promised me a specific rate and then changed that rate after I moved in saying there was nothing they could do to fix it. This complex looks good from the outside but the hot tub and pool are always dirty and they don’t enforce the rules about unaccompanied children. They partnered with a new parking company that collects a bunch of personal information and if you don’t want to share that info with a third party you have to park on the street.

There has been many changes in the office but I the new office ladies are so sweet. Anna has been very helpful manager and patient. Stefanie is new and delightful.

I rented online from Missouri. The apt I received was exactly as promised. I love it here. Kelly, Lana and the other staff are amazing. Neighbors are nice, friendly and helped us unload. I appreciate you so much and highly recommend.
