Quiet and clean complex. I love living here because of the beautiful view and the quiet. The neighbors are friendly, the workers here are friendly, and dealing with the community management is very nice and easy. The most important thing is that it is a safe complex to live in.

We have been enjoying our apartment with a view of a canyon, from our patio, for 5 years now. We have never had a complaint, over any living conditions that wasn't
addressed in a timely manner. The staff here are not only super efficient but are most personable. We would reccommmend River Oaks to anyone.

Very nice and quiet community. Staff are very helpful. There are plenty of parking options compared to other complexes.
