How Is This Rating Determined?

Owner of this place raises rent every year

I have lived here for 3 years and the owner raises the rent every year. What is the point of that? Do you want to keep replacing tenants? I just don't get the business side of it. If you have a loyal tenant when is enough, enough to stop raising rent. If you like moving because eventually you will be pushed too, then this is the place for you!
