How Is This Rating Determined?

Rude staff will not recommend to anyone I know

The girl at the leasing reception desk was rude and short. When I asked about tours, she said there wasn’t anything to tour, but the website says there is. When I asked if I could set up an appointment to tour , she did not confirm
My contact info. I have not received an email
Confirmation and will no longer be interested if their staff act with less than minimum interest and work ethic. Huge red flag.
