Fabulous Move-In Experience

Daysy and Malik were amazing and I couldn't have had a better experience. Move-in was easy and fast. Apartments are beautiful at the Modern Cactus and the amenities are wonderful!

The Right Place to Be

Because at Modern Cactus they have these two young people named Malik and Daysy that were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable being around them. After Daysy showed the apartment we knew that was the spot for me so we did paperwork for that particular unit and after paper work was done the next thing that came out of Malik's mouth was welcome home...So that made me say to myself, you are right home sweet home. AWESOME

I came to tour the apartment, and from the moment I arrived, Malik made me feel right at home. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made everything easy to understand. Thanks to Malik, I’m beyond excited to be moving here and can’t wait to call this community home. Amazing Tour!

The gentleman at this property was very informative and cared about all of needs as a family of 3. We always showed interest in this place but Malik definitely won us over this time!! 10/10
