Extremely poor and unethical management at Ellinwood Apartments.
There is no discussion or transparency at all regarding charges. Whatever amount they decide to charge, they simply impose it without explanation. We were charged a huge extra amount for damages that we did not cause, even though the apartment was left clean. They still charged us for cleaning, which we did not even argue about.
They keep adding random charges and when we ask questions or request proof (photos or documentation), they avoid answering and provide nothing. Even after we clearly... explained and showed that we did not cause any damage, they continue to ignore us.
What makes this worse is that they threaten residents with debt collection and say they will ruin your credit score if you do not pay. This feels like intimidation rather than professional management.
This is a very bad apartment management. Everything looks fine when you move in, but when you move out, they harass you and try to take as much money as possible. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before choosing this apartment.
