ii signed my lease the first day ii looked at these apts!! super quick!! the staff is super nice, they fix whatever you need fixed THAT DAY, and its super quiet!! not a bunch of kids running around!! grounds are kept up, pools are kept clean, laundry room is clean and cheep compaired to most places, and appartments are only downstairs so you dont have to worry about noisy people upstairs/downstairs. ii love living here!! the only problem is ii have ants EVERYWHERE, but then again its sumer... time and who doesnt have ants right now??

I currently still live here and spiders, ants, and COCKROACHES are regular residents in our unit. We have a newborn baby so we keep our unit clean, but bugs keep coming in here due to false reassurance that exterminators come every Thursday...
In the first 2 months we lived here, our A.C. unit and rental fridge both broke down and had to be replaced twice. And while management was quick to accommodate us, the high rental price, run down state of the apartment, and reoccurrence of these bugs is... just too much. Stock up on bug spray if you plan on moving here, we on the other hand will NOT be renewing our lease, that's for sure.

Ive been here two years now, i can say that i do like living here, the 1 bed is moderately priced but I mean in Rancho you’re getting a good deal. You’re close to everything which is a plus. The grounds are kept clean and if you have any problems with your apartment ( light bulb going out or a shelf broke etc) they take care of it and they’re really good about it too. Plus the parking isn’t assigned which is also a plus in my opinion. The ac only cools half the living room and nowhere else witch... does really suck because everyone knows how hot it can get in the summer here (100+ degrees) but its not a deal breaker. These apartments are nice single stories which give it a nice simple vibe.. But the only thing is ive outgrown this one bedroom and the two bedroom here is rediculously priced compared to the rent right now ($600 more to get an extra bedroom) but if you’re a young couple or a single parent or just by yourself i do recommend it

I recently moved across the country and was looking for a well-maintained apartment at an affordable price. The Terrace Apartments seemed to fit that bill. I communicated with the leasing agents a number of times. They were helpful and responsive to my emails and phone calls. At one point, there was a miscommunication about leasing documents and my move, but they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
With that being said, I have been disappointed at the quality of facilities... since my move. There is poor insulation within my building. I have an east-facing apartment, but the temperature in my apartment during the evenings is at least 15 degrees warmer than outside. The A/C unit doesn't help, even with fans. With the price of this complex and quality of amenities, I don't think this place is worth the price. I'll be moving after my lease ends.
