This apartment complex is awful. The management is awful at communicating, hard to reach them through the phone and past the AI bot. They hardly ever email back. If I want to use my AC it cost $200 a month, utilities are expensive, the bathroom counter top is a sticker, the kitchen layout is horrendous if you want multiple people in the kitchen. Only 1/3 of the hot tubs will work at a time (the others will either be cold or the jets don’t work), there aren’t enough pool chairs and they’re... insanely uncomfortable. My water has been shut off 4 times, the gate breaks multiple times, the door to walk through the gate doesn’t even lock (fake security??) , if you don’t have an assigned parking spot it’s incredibly inconvenient to find parking. We have experienced repeated serious health hazards in this apartment. Strong chemical fumes from renovation work in the apartment below have filled our unit, and workers were wearing respirators. Management gave no prior notice about any construction.

This is not the first time this has happened — a similar incident occurred about a year ago, and I had to visit the Emergency Department due to chemical exposure. Management has failed to take adequate measures to prevent recurrence.

Horrible / unprofessional office staff, it used to be the best, not anymore. Irresponsible, impolite treatment with respectful tenants

Our experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day we moved in, we had to deal with numerous issues. The apartment was in terrible condition: many things were broken, and the cleanliness was far from acceptable. We even had to wash the walls ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a rental property.

Throughout the six months we’ve lived here, something has broken almost every week. We contacted maintenance multiple times, but the workers... often took several days to arrive, adding even more stress and inconvenience.

On top of that, the exhaust fans do not work, and there is a constant unpleasant smell in the apartment. It either comes from neighboring units or somewhere else—I can’t tell for sure. To make matters worse, we have also encountered cockroaches, which adds to the discomfort and poor living conditions.

Despite our efforts, we have not been able to feel comfortable here. The constant repairs, persistent odors, and pests make it impossible to feel at home. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Read More

It has only been 3 months and everything is breaking in the apartment. When I put in urgent requests it takes weeks to get to it. When I speak to management they don't get back to me. Horrible place from head to toe.
