Its Clean, quite and love the gym.
Well kept property and location is excellent due to shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
Major plus is people working at the property they are pleasant and Joshua at front desk is very helpful and good person to talk to.

At first I was really thrilled to be living at the Huxley but for the past couple of months there have been major security issues. Packages are being stolen from residents on a daily basis and management refuses to watch the security camera footage.
Garage door is broken for multiple days at a time resulting in people having their cars (and even apartments) broken into despite paying $125 a month for “secure” parking. A lot of residents are starting to install their own security cameras... (including myself) to feel safer.
