I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do laundry for over a week due to maintenance being backed up! I called resident services again and had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa. I broke down my situation and told her how much of an inconvenience it is that my laundry room door is stuck and that it’s going to take a week to fix! She told me she understood and to hang tight to see if anyone could stop by since it is an emergency. The management takes 0 responsibilities, but you better keep paying everything. There is no lease renovation, so you have no leverage and even if your lease is expired they still expect a 30 day notice to move.

My worse experience ever. Save yourself the headache

The leasing agent, was very accommodating, professional and the property was/is well maintained, and clean. But for me, all the amenities were/are impressive but each unit having ADT security is comforting
