I’ve been living here for a year now and absolutely love it. It’s such a great location its in a nice location, close to downtown with a good corner restaurant bar. The few, small issues we did have with the apartment were always fixed without a hassle. Good management, clean complex and peace and quiet most of the time.

The worst staff they don’t help you at all. If you complain about something they just say oh I’m sorry and they don’t do anything to help you.

This apartment complex is well managed, quiet, and has a wonderful staff.
The BBQ areas have picnic tables and are well cleaned. The pool and laundry rooms are nice as well. The balconies of many apartments overlook a large green courtyard with roses and bougainvillea.
The complex is safe, it's patrolled at night by security personnel.
Maintenance staff is courteous and fixes things quickly. There is also an emergency staff for apartment emergencies that happen after the office closes.
Each... month the staff holds a resident appreciation day, this is usually a food give away to anyone who comes to the event. These are great!
I absolutely love living here, feels like home.
