Was a walk in looking to see a unit and Angela helped us instantly. She was extremely sweet and very knowledgeable! The complex is in a quiet area right by the galleria mall, well kept, clean, only marked one star down due to the complex as being on top of one another and having a decent walk from your car to your apartment door. But overall very nice place!

The team at Ascent made the moving process very easy. My new apartment is clean, updated and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend!

I could write a book but I’ll be short.
The place was extremely filthy when I moved in. I deep cleaned it, and had the carpets steam cleaned.
The bathroom tub stays clogged with every shower.
The kitchen sink leaks. Work order request have been put in but nothing has been done so far.
The garage door didn’t open when I was about to leave for work, called emergency service and it was opened within 20 minutes, but the manager lectured me on how this was not an emergency.

Great location, friendly staff office and always willing to help. Moved here on my own with my two kids during a divorce and it was perfect for what we needed. Swimming pool, gym, pool table and even shuffleboard! Quiet, clean, maintenance was respectful and grounds keeper always smiled and waved as I drove by. Thank you staff, for making it a great experience during a rough time in my life.

They handed us over a filthy apartment with no heat. We were told to use the fireplace which stinks when you turn it on. Our garage was broken in too along with 7 others. It's been over 2 months since we moved out and still haven't received our security deposit. The floors don't absorb any sound so if you live on the bottom be prepared to hear everything. The parking situation is terrible. The gate never works to enter the complex. The windows are old and won't stay open. The door to our patio... had gaps that would let worms in. Other than that we liked it.
