Right from the start this place felt like home. Our neighbor is amazing. All the neighbors were nice and kept to themselves. The maintenance crew was on it Albert, Anthony and another guy, all super polite and helpful. Willie, Cindy and Tiffany. Every single one of them was so thorough and helpful. I always felt safe with my daughter. Amazing high school Granite Bay right down the street. Walls were nice and soundproof I never heard my neighbors. This was honestly the best apartments I’ve lived... at just due to their customer service. When I started struggling financially they were beyond understanding and helped with options. They treat you like family! I would have lived here forever if I could! They are a wonderful complex to live at! Highly recommend!

I moved to Deer Valley almost two years ago and find everything about it exceptional. In particular the office and maintenance staff who are to be commended for the outstanding work that they do. Cindy, Willie, Tiffany, Anthony, Daniel and Albert are all truly a blessing. It would be difficult for me to find anything that is not exemplary. I especially enjoy bring my dog to the office for treats and pets because the staff spoil her rotten. Please know that everything about my experience here has... simply been the best. I live in a cottage and I love that my apartment is stand alone like a house with no neighbors upstairs. I could not ask for a cozier or well maintained place to call home. Read More

Terrible attention in the leasing office, I applied to one of their departments on 06/22 they told me that in 24 hours they would have the answer. 9 days have passed and they still have not given me an answer, they do not answer the phone and they do not answer my emails.

We have been living at Deer Valley for over 5 years and it’s a great place to live! We choose it, in part, because of the great pet policy and have been really happy! The office staff are wonderful, always eager to help and to visit with our dog. The maintenance crew are great. Any problem that crops up is addressed quickly, throughly, and with a smile. The grounds are nice and the buildings are well maintained.
Our dog finds friends on every walk. He also enjoys some off leash time in the dog... park.
The clubhouse and gym have been upgraded recently and are beautiful!
Our neighbors are respectful, friendly and kind. We have developed some great friendships.
One of the fun new things they are doing is Food Truck Friday’s.

We have lived here at Deer Valley for a few years now and it's a great place to call home. It is quite/peaceful and neighbors are friendly. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and the office staff is always courteous and so helpful.
