Great layouts but declining quality
When I first moved to Rosemeade I loved it! The layout was amazing they had a tennis court, sauna, a nice gym and a garage all included. Then new management came in within a few months it was no sauna, closed tennis courts, and a new $25 month for using the included parking garage. If the rent were less per month I would understand but unfortunately its only gotten more expensive. When we moved into our unit there was a fork in garbage disposal and both showers were clogged but the maintenence... team here is great at fixing things. While we've been here I have noticed that the windows dont fully seal and the grout in the shower is getting real thin and close to falling out. The unit is showing its age a bit.
Considering they seem to be worsening the quality and raising the prices I would look elsewhere. However maybe things will improve they did improve the mail room recently.
