City Park

We lived at City Park Apartments for four years, and loved it. We chose to move internally when we needed to size up because we didn’t want to leave. The apartments themselves are stylish, updated, and generous with storage space. Very pet friendly and great location for walking a dog around the neighborhood. The location is superb — quiet, clean neighborhood walking distance to bus lines, light rail, and downtown. Rent is very reasonable for Sacramento. BUT the best thing about this place is... the staff. The property manager Nico is friendly, helpful, and communicative, and the maintenance staff, Sergei and his team, are timely and helpful. I enjoyed living at the downtown location very much. The complex was always clean and apartments are very well maintained. Working with Crystal, the Manager was always pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend City Park Apartments.
