Amazing value and affordability

With all of the included utilities, highly competitive pricing, and central downtown location, it's hard to beat what's offered at El Cortez. Given the historical age of the building, seeing things like the antique elevator and facilities may take some getting used to. However, it does not detract from the livability and comfort of the units themselves. On top of it all, the owner is a friendly and upfront.

Without proper planning, finding nearby monthly parking may be a challenge. However,... there is an abundance of parking garages within the vicinity.
