I like the fountain in the courtyard; it adds a pleasant ambience. I rented a newly renovated Studio Apartment. Updated appliances and cabinets, new paint, linoleum floor.

No problems with pests, and management and maintenance is attentive to problems. I enjoyed renting the unit, and I would rent here again.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe,however they've increased the rent by 10% from May 2022 and now another 8% again beginning July 2023. The rooms are not fancy but pricey. Looks like many people have moved out since 2022 and we heard that people are leaving this year due to continued price increase. We are afraid its a continued yearly increase inspite of inflation.

Aside from the location and the fact that tenants seem to be respectful of other people in terms of keeping quiet and common areas clean this complex doesn't have much to offer. The plumbing system is antiquated, toilets frequently back up, and there is very little in the way of effective air conditioning, so one has to be concerned about mold developing. The appliances provided are the cheapest possible, so refrigerators do not keep food frozen and garbage disposals stop working regularly.... There are lights in the kitchen , bathroom , and vanity area but no lights in the bedroom or living room, so you have to use lamps . The walls are very thin so you have to hope for considerate neighbors. Maintenance is decent but sporadic. For example, a smart card is required to use the laundry facilities.
