Absolutely awesome!! no complaints. Only been here for a couple months, but I can tell I'm going to be here for a while. Beautiful community with beautiful amenities. Could not ask for more.

Gio is such a fantastic place to live! I put in a work order for maintenance to come in and he came within 24 hours! Gio has fantastic customer service and the living space is perfect. Such a luxurious and fancy place to live with such great amenities in the apartments! Its location is absolute perfect and is a safe little pocket to live in Sacramento. I have never been more satisfied with where I live than I have at Gio!!

I am new to Gio but I must say it is turning out to be the awesome place to live I thought it would be.
Ina and Alexander both deserve awards for customer service. They made the stressful transition of relocating a little easier, and I am grateful for them.
In addition I love the "safe" feeling of the community, the property is extremely nice inside and out.
Last but not least everything around Gio complements each other, UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter medical Center, and of course the... Elmhurst portion.
Humbly this is going to take some getting used to.
