Needs improvement The laundry rooms are always crowed and not enough washers or dryers. Also, where I live, there’s so many cats and the smell is terrible. Need to do something about the spiders too. I’m allergic to the bites.

Fantastic place to live It’s quiet and the grounds and facilities are clean. They have a friendly staff. There’s rarely an issue but when there is Laurel Oaks is very quick to respond.

Do not rent here. They have roaches...mold and lots of suspicious activity. The manager Leah is very rude. The previous four star rating are lies. They overcharged for rent.

Do not rent here. The staff is rude and tries to bully their residents. There is mold inside the apartment. You put in a request for items to get fixed and nothing is fixed. The inside of the apartment is very old and cheap. The closet doors falls off. The blinds won't close. There is no security. These reviews are lies...

stayed here for 9 months.. had seen people taking weed in laundry rooms.. had an incident where i was talking to my friend over phone at 9 30 pm in front of my apartment and somebody dressed in a tiger costume came behind me and scared me.. and was having fun his friends doing that to other residents as well.. washing machines do not clean your clothes properly.. the clothes kind of smell weird..would not recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay with family..and worst of all is the... guy stoney(leasing office guy)..doesn't even look or sound polite to residents..
