POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
I currently live here!
It has now been 28 days since my central unit stopped working. Management at this place is NONEXISTENT!! Management will not speak to you on the phone and is NEVER available in office.
After asking management via email( because they refuse to speak to anyone in office or by phone) they tell me my central unit will be replaced. I am provided zero details about when. I sent another email requesting a date that it will be repaired/replaced(Friday 10/24). It is now Monday... night 10/27, and management still has not given me an answer or contacted me by telephone, despite requesting them to do so every day last week. It is pretty clear to me that although they receive your monthly rent, management couldn’t care less if anything breaks or if you have been uncomfortable in your own home for 28 days and counting….
