This vintage home includes stairs both inside and out, best suited for guests who are comfortable with them. Please supervise children and always use provided handrails. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. No unlawful use of our home is allowed (illegal activities or substances, etc.). Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks (fees will apply). Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. For EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use will be charged.
Includes a dedicated workspace with a motorized desk and blazing-fast Wi-Fi for remote work. A smart TV with all the popular streaming options (Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more) is available for entertainment. [SI]
