Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. A fee will apply for EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), which will be the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Stairs and terraces abound, so please supervise children and always use provided handrails.
