Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks is prohibited, and fees will apply. Unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances, is prohibited. Guests should use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains and trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Children should be supervised on stairs and always use handrails. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the back house guests.
