Please note that the main floor has a slight transition between the living room and the dining area/kitchen, separated by two full-length, interior steps. There are stairs leading to the second-floor bedrooms and balcony, and a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck. This home does not have central air conditioning but is equipped with ceiling fans in every room and additional portable fans. This is not a party house and due to its proximity to other houses, occupancy is limited to 6 adults maximum. Please do not leave the heat running when you are not home and turn it off upon checkout. Do not use the neighbor's trash cans; your trash cans are located behind the house on the left side of the garage in the alley and are marked “7213”. Do not use bleach in the washing machine. Empty the lint trap. The honeycomb blinds are delicate and require gentle handling. Use caution when climbing the stairs to the rooftop deck. A spare key is in a black box under the stairs in the event you lock yourself out. Entry is through the front gate. The keypad on the front door requires a code that will be sent on the day of arrival. The garage door opener is placed on the kitchen counter and should be left in the metal tray upon checkout.
