Lived here 10+ years.

Horrible place to live. These apartments are infested with roaches and had rats running inside walls. The manager was terrible as well and would put little to no effort in management. Would not recommend applying. There is also too much violence in the area.

Been Living Here for 10 years.

Maintaince is great. Always willing to help me when I need them. Everything is closed by. The 805 the 94 fwy. Stores, trolley, and transportation are within walking distance. As well as schools. Management is helpful as well. I call this place home.

Creekside villas Apts

I like this place because it is the schools and so my children can go to school but they will rest in little more I like it. Maintenance when at something to repair ablo and chosen Mandan a algien areglar I like that you sercas the friwey the trolley the trucks are all around snore everything I plan the compression and the support that they give me Grasias

Very friendly

We have lived here for only a couple of months and the people here are very friendly. We had a problem with the stove and in less than 15 or so cars since I marked them they fixed me.
