7th & G is a fine place to live, rent is pretty expensive though. If you have the money it's a good spot

Lots of water issues in the building. Communication is sometimes poor with management staff.

I'm on a short term lease because I am remodeling at my condo. Everything from lease to move in to maintenance requests has been smooth. Staff is rapidly responsive and helpful. Building is well kept and safe.
