Love the property so far. The community is friendly with doggos to complement. The amenities are beautiful and the move towards smart home technology is a plus, not to mention the availability of fiber. You will get mild street noise (but you are near downtown). I’m a huge fan of how beautiful the dark interiors are and how elegant the newer finishes are. I do wish the construction was more dense or thicker carpet, as I can feel my upstairs neighbor’s heavy footing and get rattled anytime... something heavy is dropped. The property staff is extremely friendly and have been the biggest reason I enjoy staying here so far. I just can’t wait for the new construction across the street to be finished.

Everything is maintained so well, everything is so clean and all of the staff are so friendly! It really makes for a pleasant living experience! Even the cleaning crew are so genuine and nice! So appreciated!
