No More Storage High Crime Area

High crime area. No dog building with dog crap everywhere. All storage cage agreements cancelled, likely because of the high amount of break ins. So you better have a backpack or get the largest apartment. Parking is a nightmare, assigned spots are ignored, no visitor spots. Ancient appliances. Limits on every amenity. Constantly broken elevators that take a week to repair. Penny pinching in every corner. Sweeping views of the coastline? Give me a break. So many half truth claims. Expect noisy... neighbors, inconsiderate spoiled party students.
The location is the only positive.

It was great but now not so much

I have been living here about 4 years. I like my apartment and the maintenance staff is very good. There seem to be a lot more college kids than before. When i first moved in, they were more selecting in who could live here but not lately. Also, notice the no pet policy that id a total joke. Everyone, and i mean EVERYONE has a dog here i guess except me. So you will hear dogs barking on and off.

Overall good

I have been living here about three years, fed up by regular apartment complexes, poorly built so that you can hear every one walking/stomping around, partying etc.
I signed on here in a building high-rise even though the rent is more than most Apts in this area, hoping that there's more of a soundproof wall situation in this type of building. Also the apartment above me is the model, so there was a guarantee no one above anyway. Overall, it's good here worth the extra money. I do hear my...
neighbor's toddler screeching through the wall at times, but it's not bad. The rent does go up some every year, so I will have to leave at some point, but for now it' s ok.

The Towers. 8775 Costa Verde Blvd. San Diego Ca

Awesome place. It is central to multiple schools, shopping, the beach, and food. The maintenance crews are fast and efficient and the doormen are welcoming and even remember your name! The pool is nice and usually fairly vacant so it's a quiet place to go and relax. There is a small gym in between the two high rise towers but an even bigger and better equipped one across the street. It is a little more expensive than some of the other places around the UTC area however for that little extra... spent I believe it has been more than worth it based upon the quality and service received. I've been living here for a little under two years now.
Hope this was helpful!

Wonderful High Rise Community in heart of La Jolla

This is a perfect high rise community in lively neighborhood of UTC/La Jolla. Walking distance to stores, groceries, restaurants.

The amenities are wonderful and the maintenance staff is very quick in responding to the complaints.

Usually I have seen in other apartment the leasing officers are not so friendly but leasing folks here are really friendly.

They have nice pool and jacuzzi along with basketball courts and tennis courts. Really wonderful gym in the community with personal trainer...
options also available.

All I can say is if you are in San Diego you should experience staying here for once in your lifetime

Also Lajolla beach and UCSD campus is really near by
