Vantaggio Little Italy

I looked for a place for over a year,then I was lucky enough to find Vantaggio little Italy. The price is affordable especially considering the location.Steps to the Piazza and many wonderful restaurants, Landinis,Princes pub and Mina lisa to mention a few.
The thing that makes me stay is the management and staff.They are friendlyI and efficient. I asked for a new screen,I had it within 30 minutes.
You can't beat the pirce staff/ management or location.

Life at Vantaggio Downtown is mostly pleasant. I moved in on pretty short notice, and it was painless. Been here five years already, so it's nice for either long or short stays. Staff is awesome, and Desk is manned 24 hours. You need to be prepared for small living, with a microwave, dorm fridge, and kitchen sink in the unit, but not a bathroom sink. There's a laundry right in the building, and the common kitchen has a new ice machine! But these and the other common areas close about 9:00 p.m.... The lounge off the lobby was recently renovated, and there’s a small gym, too.
Right at State & Date, the food court at Piazza della Famiglia is right around the block, as is the Farmer’s Market is twice per week.

I've lived at Vantaggio for over 2 years now, and I must say that I have no complaints. The staff here are really special. For example, a few weeks ago, my refrigerator was acting up and I asked for it to be repaired. When I came home the same day, I had a brand new refrigerator in my apartment! The area is great, with endless restaurants and stores, and a huge biweekly farmers market and monthly art show one block away! My apartment is quiet, and I have a nice view.

great staff ,good views, a water fountain next door access to many of San Diego's great museums and trolley service, parking might be an issue for some, but other than that perfect!

I enjoy living here, there’s a big kitchen downstairs that’s easy to cook in, a gym, laundry and all the staff is friendly. I’ve been here almost a year and haven’t made any complaints.
