No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. Outdoor security cameras cover entrances of the house, such as the front door and backyard door. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
