WORST of THE WORST - PACKAGE STOLEN - CAR GOT BROKEN IN IN GARAGE

Car broken into in the "secure" garage, packages repeatedly stolen, cameras that can't read a plate, and no camera at the garage entrance or mail room. Management let my renter's insurance lapse (their admitted error), then dragged a claim out for ~2 months before it was denied and told me it wasn't their problem. When I reviewed honestly, they publicly pretended I was never a resident. Promises before you sign, silence after. Do not rent here.

WORST of THE WORST - CAR GOT BROKEN IN IN GARAGE

DO NOT MOVE HERE

My car got broken in in the garage...... Parked overnight inside the garage and someone somehow could open the door (It's electric) and stole everything........

The apartment refused to do anything about it.

A lot of my follow up emails needed to set up my residency didn't find their way into my inbox and I had to request that they get resent. All issues were addressed quickly and the team was very helpful with my speedy move-in!

I love living here though there's so many maintenance problems and management doesn't immediately take action. It requires a lot of reminders to get them to help. That said, once they do, they make things happen. Also, there's no sense of community, which I would like.

Cynthia performed walk through inspection for my unit. That was very thorough. The maintenance crew fixed most of the stuffs right away and the housekeeping cleaned kitchen and bathroom right away.
