So far it's been smooth as other locations, we are still in the process of unpacking and (finding minor repairs). We are making a short list.

There is a water leak by the pool supplies closet. The parking lot needs resurfacing and better cleaning. Tenants don’t use the trash bins correctly which makes a stinky mess.

The Property is really nice .. I just feel like the Conserve Bill is way too high… $100 for Garbage per unit is Insane… Other than that, the property is nice and the location is Wonderful

Apartment is nice, but has cut a lot of corners with things. Appliances are new, but are extremely cheap. Mirror closet doors are cool. If they focused on better quality appliances and took the time to ensure maintence doesn't take short cuts it could be a gem of a location.
