very loud and noisy because of construction. very inconvenient.

I recently transferred from an old unit to a newer unit. This Boardwalk employee named Alvin was the best!!! He is very helpful and his communication skills are top shelf. He helped make a very stressful time less stressful. Thank you Alvin and The Boardwalk!!!!

This community was great 2 years ago and I would have given it 10 stars. The grass was green, apartments were kept up (older styles but still in good condition), people & management were nice so we renewed our lease which was a HUGE mistake. They are currently renovating & will be for the next few years, the new management is absolutely horrible when it comes to issues like theft (which happens a lot), communication & listening to neighbor concerns. I'm sure they will say everything to make you... feel like it's the best place to live... but after a few months, it won't be worth all the headaches and frustration. Read More

My family have lived at Boardwalk nearly 2 two years. Beautiful man-made creeks, very professional maintenance services. The service requests we submitted are always finished in 24 hours.

The cons is rent increase rate is 10% since first year, which is really high comparing to my friends' apartment's increasing rate is around 3%.
