I've lived here for a year and I've had a wonderful experience. It's a perfect location to be in in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the beach, pier, all the best shops, and restaurants.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are really wonderful. I use them both at least twice a week. There are also fantastic grills and lounge areas up there in the sun that are wonderful for big groups.
The apartments themselves are nice and spacious with good views, quality appliances, and great fixtures. It feels... very much like home. The employees here are all so friendly. helpful and very welcoming. I highly recommend living here!

Me and my family do not feel safe in this “luxury” building. Cutting security right in the middle of the holidays is beyond ridiculous. Packages and bikes are being stolen and crazy people are hanging out in the lobby until the cops drag them away.
This is supposed to be a luxury building, yet basic safety feels like an afterthought now. I’m paying an absurd amount in rent, and I guarantee a fraction of that would cover an overnight security guard.

Overall, not a bad place to live. The parking structure is excellent. A nice gym even though it feels like a dungeon underground, but the building feels a bit cheaply made.
There are spaces in the door frames where you can feel air from outside coming in. Also, I had an ant infestation 2 different times in 7 months. Ants were coming out of the walls and all they did to try and fix it was caulk the gaps in the walls.
