Ocean Condos- All Ocean View Apartments!

I looked at a lot of listings between Santa Monica and Marina del Rey and our condo was both the best and the most reasonably priced of them all. We ended up staying more than two years, and also rented a studio for family during our stay.Our landlady lives in the building and is helpful and accommodating, although never intrusive.
They are nicely furnished, well-equipped, and have comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen equipment is top of the line. The ocean breeze means you rarely need a/c.... Our apartment had no common walls with any other apartment; very nice.
We had a view of Malibu to Palos Verdes out the west windows and a great ocean view from the south windows too. The studio had a great view of the ocean to the north as well.
It is on the corner of the beach access drive, so sometimes we didn’t even bring a towel, that’s how close the waves are. An amazing place to spend a week or a year or two! Read More

1000 steps to the waves. Full ocean and sunset view. The street is raised above the beach so you only get noise from it and pedestrians and we can easily hear the waves (although there is often music from the street or parking lot, but that's part of the vibrant charm). The apartment is decorated beautifully and well stocked. we've never needed the a/c throughout august. The building is well made and we've never heard noise from neighbors. Balconies are small but we eat most of our meals out... there. Wonderful place. Taco truck a block away is excellent and so it Stella Barra, two short blocks. We love it here. Read More
