Arbors Apartments

Don't bother looking here! They claim to be pet friendly then spray round up which kills your pets! They put notices on your door every other day it seems. They're constant harassment and unnecessary inspections are invasive. They have a lease agreement over 40 pages listing everything you are gonna do and they aren't responsible for anything EVEN WHEN THE LAW SAYS THEY ARE! They move you in and raise your rent every chance they get. The walls are thin you have no privacy and they have zero... respect for tenants! They discriminate, harass and couldn't care less about safety. They hang fake surveillance cameras and have caused crime and theft break-ins but don't warn residents as they're supposed to. They claim in the lease they're crime free status but when they know cars are being stolen and garages being broken into they don't share the information with residents so we can protect ourselves and our property. They illegally tow cars and entered into predatory agreement allowing tow company to violate your rights. There is no guest parking. You're not allowed to hang things or put plants on your balcony. There's no place to barbeque. They allow people they like to put audio and video surveillance cameras viewing your unit and recording your private conversations. They pick and choose the rules and the rules are different for everyone. They micro manage and charge for everything. I'm waiting for a bill for the air we breathe next. Do not move here unless you like the smell of marijuana on a daily basis. And if you’re lucky, your neighbor will be a constant smoker and the smell will get into your apartment thru the windows, etc. Do not believe the pictures on the web site. The apartments look nothing like the pictures. They are old and antiquated with the popcorn ceilings having no fire sprinklers. If there is a fire, you will have to wait for the fire department. If you like listening to dogs barking all night, this is... the place for you. People leave their dogs on the outdoor patios all night usually until the next morning. Oh, and when you move out, be prepared to lose your entire deposit and be billed extra money for “damages” that don’t exist or are billed with extra inflated charges! Total rip off. They care more about cutting down the beautiful trees than they do about updating the inside of the apartments. No wonder so many people are moving out. We live on the Apartment side of the Arbors. This community is beautifully landscaped, beautifully clean and maintained . We have a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that comes with a fireplace, 2 spacious balcony's in the front and back. Management are friendly and helpful. We are very happy to have found this lovely quiet community .Thank you for making it that way . We have lived here forv4 years now. Still as happy as we were when we moved in.Still a five star property!

The girls in the office are vary rude. Jessica is nice to work with but the other two girls are rude. If you have any questions or walk in the room saying hello they both ignore you and continue being on their phones are talking to one another . Not a good look when wanting people to live their with them having attitudes and saying things and them going back on what they had previously said.. seems like they need some training on how to work with customers and be on the same page when it comes... to communication with people. Love living here, apartments are very spacious. Office staff is very friendly they always greet me with a smile. Any issues that I have mentioned they have always resolved it in a timely manner. I have read other reviews about this apartment, I have notice some of the residents that live here are not very nice and are rude.. so maybe that is the problem!! not so much the property or staff. Just my opinion. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I would recommend this place. Landscape is... very nice feels very homey. Of course with such a big property, issues will arise but what do you expect.. it is apartment living!!! Read More
