Amazing Management & Amenities

We've had a great experience living at Shadow Ridge Apartments in Simi Valley. The management team, especially Shannon and Sommerville, are fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They really make the community feel welcoming and well taken care of.

The amenities are also a big highlight. The pool and spa are always clean and relaxing.The whole property is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication from the... office is clear and consistent. Overall, it’s been a stress-free and enjoyable place to call home.

Great experience!

Maintenance at Shadowridge is 5 star service! Everytime I put in a work order, it gets completed that day or the next day. Victor was very efficient at fixing my washer today and it runs smoothly now. Thank you Victor!

Great Experience

I had a great experience at the Shadow Ridge apartments. Ms. Somerville showed me around the complex and units. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I had further questions Somerville followed up promptly. My experience with Somerville and Shadow Ridge apartments was a total contrast from another apartment complex that just gave me keys and a map and sent me solo to look at the apartment and around the complex. Shadow Ridge is managed well and the grounds and amenities are... wonderful.
