The complex is one of the few that heats its pool year-round, making it perfect for lap swimming anytime.
For longer rentals of 30 days or more, guests are responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest, and the excess will either be billed or charged to the credit card on file. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils, but spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked.
The Solana Beach & Tennis Club complex sits on the ocean bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a large pool for lap swimming (heated year-round), two spas, four tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The condo comes with two parking spaces below the tennis courts. Beach access is conveniently located within the complex, with stairs leading down to the beach and showers available to wash away beach sand. Located just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach. Nearby attractions include Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Cedros Design District, USS Midway, Balboa Park, and more.
The pool will be closed for the month of February 2023 for resurfacing, but two hot tubs remain available for use. This condo does not have air conditioning, relying instead on the coastal breeze and fans. Occupancy is limited to six persons, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and pets are not permitted. Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to reach the front door and parking. The Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. For work-from-home needs, a hot spot is recommended as service interruptions and outages are beyond control.
