Excellent experience!

I just spent the last two years as a tenant of Bell South City and had a very positive experience. Really helpful staff and a very clean safe building. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. Here's a Shout Out to Hannah, Ava, Donnell and Arturo. Thank you for making my time in SSF so pleasurable.

Bad management, fake reviews

Tl;dr: poor management and dishonest leasing team.

The management is so bad for the following reasons:
1. The public areas like the clubhouse, courtyard and even hallways are always dirty.
2. The elevators lack maintenance. The safety permit expires more than a year ago and nobody cared it. I could not rely on such a dangerous stuff every day.
3. The windows are always dirty. They only clean the outside of the building once per year.
4. Fire alarms would last several hours. Really annoying... .

Also the management team are dishonest. The maintenance stuffs keep asking people to leave 5 star review for their work by scanning their QR code. However the QR code is redirected to a site to rate the whole apartment instead of the maintenance work. So that is why this apartment had received far more (positive) reviews on GMap.

One last thing, the leasing team used to be friendly before you sign the lease, and become unhelpful and indifferent after you’ve lived here for months.

Love It Here!

I've lived here a little over a year and I love it. My apartment is super nice and the spaces for the community to use are beautiful. My favorite part is the 24/7 gym! Gotta get fit! I chose this place because I travel a lot for work and it's 9 minutes from SFO but it has a lot more to offer than just the location. It's cheaper than SF (which I know it's not saying much because The Bay Are has gotten so expensive) but this is a good place to choose for the price and location. The new management... is also super nice and Arturo fixed my sink super quick when it got clogged. The only complaint is the construction across the street but I got used to it and they're building it so fast I think it's gonna be done soon.
