We lived here for two and a half years, and unfortunately, aside from the location, there are no real advantages to this building. The kitchen furniture in the apartment is very old and falling apart.

If something breaks, it takes weeks to get it fixed or replaced, often requiring three or four requests, and sometimes they forget to even purchase the necessary parts. When it rains, the elevator shaft regularly floods, making the elevator unusable. The lobby also floods, and at times you can’t... even leave the building safely.

About a year after moving in, mold appeared in the bathroom, but the staff kept denying it, insisting it was just dirt. Only after prolonged discussions was the bathroom finally repaired.

After we moved out, no one responded to our emails or calls regarding the return of our deposit. Only after a month of daily attempts to reach them did we get a response saying the check had been sent—but it was sent to the wrong address, so we had to wait again for it to be resent to the correct one.

1. Not even 6 months in and our mailbox has been broken into. The entire apartments mail. It's obviously really easy for people to break into the apartment
2. Thin walls, you can hear everything
3. You are out of luck if you live in any of the bottom floors as the flooring is so thin you can hear every squeak and footstep from above.. I have since said bye to mid day napping because it is that bad.
4. Read your contract before you sign! They made multiple issues on my contract
5. Property... managers here are not very helpful.. so get used to feeling like you are on your own.
