If you enjoy peace, quiet, cleanliness, and your privacy then these apartments are NOT where you want to be. There is trash littered all over (sometimes dog urine or poop), cockroaches and spiders will find their way inside. The pool is always dirty with trash littered in both the pool and jacuzzi. There are kids yelling, screaming and running all over the place and going back and forth from the pool; throwing their trash around, banging on tenants doors and windows, peeking in windows and... constantly harassing the people who live there. There are a few units with DOZENS of people living in it. Parking lot (where your car might be subject to people laying their car doors on your car) where the trash bins are located, gets filled so badly that there’s just trash lying all around it. So bad the trash men don’t even want to deal it. Where the parking lot there is an alley where people will just park their cars, blast their music, and hang out. The rent is too high for such a low quality location. People play music very loud, kids screaming, hitting windows, harassing tenants, throwing bicycles from the stairs, skinny dipping in the pool.

The location has an ally in the back for parking, which people drive very fast, tenants use it as parking so you cant even drive thru. Bunch of drug addicts and the tenants are crazy.

Certain apartments have too many tenants living in here. Dog owners do not keep their dog on a leash.

The way... people act here is that they own the place and they can do what ever they want, if you want your rent to be expensive, and never get peace, well these apartments are your way to live. Read More

This place is disgusting, full of cockroaches, dirt , management is worse than anything, pool and jacuzzi dirty all the building is really bad they remodel a few years back just to make it look nice but in the units everywhere is old , to fix something you need to wait months , and you can never contact manager , she is very rude, horrible place!!!!

As soon as we walked into the apartment, I knew it was ours. We were approved and in the apartment within a week. We have been there a year and a half and haven't had any major issues. It is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The neighbors are polite and we rarely hear them. If anyone is looking for something easy... this is it!
