False Advertising, no luxury experience There’s nothing luxury about this place. Walls are thin, and loud foot steps and noise from apartments above but quiet hours were never enforced. Paying extra charge for a garage attached to your unit is just beyond unreasonable, when assigned parking spots back in 2024 were taken away, and decided on first come first served after selling extra assigned parking spot as a perk back in 2024. A tiny and filthy dog park that had to be refurbished at some... point because it was starting to be a health hazard. Dog poop everywhere in the community because people wouldn’t clean after their furry friends. Forget about the Jacuzzi, it becomes kids night time playground during summer. I have seen this place degrade between 2024 and 2026 and I can go on and on.

First resident to move in and very satisfied this far! I was one of the first residents to move on the property and have absolutely loved my home and the amenities this far! The property is close to shopping, schools, in beautiful Temecula. Ricquel in the front office always handles m concerns and is very professional! I can go to her for all my needs and she is very polite and kind. Thank you for all your help!!
